The 38 sqm one-room holiday apartment for 2 to a maximum of 3 people is located (together with another holiday apartment) on the upper floor of the owner's house on the 380 sqm residential property within a quiet housing estate in the Neuhaus district of Heringsdorf. Access to the lockable apartments is via a communal hallway. The Baltic Sea, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are all within a radius of a few hundred metres.

The apartment has a combined living/bedroom (double bed, upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD), a separate kitchen (dining area, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. A shared furnished outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities and a conservatory with seating area in the entrance area can be used. Internet (WLAN) is also available. There are also two car parking spaces available, one of which is on the property and the other in front of it, and the total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The seaside resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are the so-called imperial resorts on the island of Usedom. They have wide sandy beaches, are connected by a promenade and have piers with jetties. The resorts have bicycle, boat and beach chair hire, tennis courts and a network of well-signposted hiking trails. A water park, the Ostseeterme, is centrally located between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The border crossing to Poland can be reached from Ahlbeck in just a few minutes."
