Description

The holiday apartment is located in a separate holiday home in terraced house style, together with another holiday apartment on the owner's fenced residential property in a quiet location in Kölpinsee. The Baltic Sea beach is about 500 metres away, and the nearest restaurant, bakery and supermarket are also just a few hundred metres away.The holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of the house (access via stairs), has a separate entrance and is about 90 square metres in size. It offers space for up to 3 people and is equipped with a living room with upholstered furniture (sofa bed), flat screen TV, radio with CD player, a separate dining room with seating area and a separate kitchen with electric cooker and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, small dining area and various small kitchen appliances. The holiday apartment also has a bedroom with a double bed and 1 lounger and a bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer. The WC is separate from the bathroom in a separate bathroom. The apartment is partially equipped with insect screens in front of the windows and central heating. Smoking is only permitted outdoors and is also available for use: WLAN (only on request; 3 EUR/day), furnished terrace in front of the apartment with barbecue, storage space for bicycles, car park.The total price includes: Bed linen, water and energy consumption. Please bring your own towels. The accommodation is not suitable for small children.

The seaside resort of Kölpinsee is a district of the municipality of Loddin in the central part of the island of Usedom, at the narrow point between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. Kölpinsee's Baltic Sea beach is wide and particularly fine. At the same time, the village promises peace and relaxation on the inland coast of the Achterwasser and is particularly interesting for anglers due to the fish-rich Kölpinsee. There is a multi-generational playground on the promenade. Various events take place from May to October in the local spa pavilion with a view of Lake Kölpin. Restaurants and shopping facilities, a riding stable as well as bicycle, boat and beach chair hire are also located in the village. The motorway access is approx. 45 km away. There is a railway station in the village.
