Description

In the north of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, on the pier jutting out into the sea and right by the sea, lies the Schöne Aussicht holiday apartment on the Baltic Sea with a large sun terrace offering a magnificent view of the resort's harbour and the harbour entrance.

The ground-floor holiday apartment is of a very high quality and stylish in natural tones and deliberately clear and simple shapes. It offers everything you need for an all-round successful holiday by the sea.

The spacious living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows, seating area and large dining table for 6 people is the centrepiece of the apartment. Here you can spend cosy moments in front of the wood-burning stove and enjoy meals together, which can be conjured up in the fully equipped kitchen.

Living by the sea (Baltic Sea/Schlei) continues on the adjoining large south-west-facing terrace with a fantastic view of the resort's harbour. Here, seating furniture, sun loungers and a beach chair offer every conceivable comfort for enjoying the sun and sea.

The three bedrooms invite up to 6 adults to sleep and dream.

In the modern main bathroom there is a Finnish sauna, which crowns the personal wellness programme with a sweeping view of the harbour.

A guest WC provides additional comfort.

Two car parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
