Description

The holiday apartment Baltica impresses with its immediate proximity to the water. The apartment is located directly on the banks of the Schlei and offers an unobstructed view over the nature reserve and the Schlei from the entire living and dining area. Open-plan, modernly furnished and at ground level, the holiday apartment Baltica not only allows full comfort, but also promises a holiday feeling.

An unobstructed view of the Schlei shore through floor-to-ceiling windows characterises the living/dining area of the holiday apartment. The modern, clean furnishing style is interrupted by effective colour accents in front of the panoramic waterfront. The passing sailing ships are best observed from the terrace directly adjacent to the living area. Right next to the idyllic nature reserve and with a view of the expanse of the Schlei, you can relax here far away from everyday life. The well-equipped open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals.

Two bedrooms offer space for four adults and provide access to the second terrace, which is south-facing and promises sun all day long. Both bedrooms are equipped with an additional TV and permanently installed screen doors. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the single beds in the second bedroom can be easily pushed together. There is another place to sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area of the holiday apartment - wake up and go to sleep with a view.

The large bathroom makes wellness fans' hearts beat faster, as it has a whirlpool bath and a sauna (infrared cabin). A floor-level shower provides additional comfort.

A private car park is located directly in front of the house.

And those travelling with bicycles can park them conveniently in their own storage room directly in front of the house.

Our favourite spot: Take a seat at the dining table and enjoy the direct view of the Schlei, the stylish furnishings and the pure feeling of being on holiday.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
