Description

This maisonette flat impresses with two living levels and high ceilings, open and generously designed, arrival and well-being are guaranteed here. You can recharge your batteries on two terraces, in the private wellness area or on the Weidefeld sandy beach, which is within walking distance. The harbour promenade of the OstseeResort Olpenitz is also in the immediate vicinity.

The living/dining area of the holiday home is flooded with light, with floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts to the adjoining terraces on both sides. The terrace adjoining the living area offers fantastic views over the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz. Harbour and seagull cinema are guaranteed and provide entertainment during a convivial barbecue or a cosy evening by the fireplace. The fantastic sunsets, which can also be watched from the water terrace, promise unforgettable holiday moments.

On holiday there is time for creative cooking, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast in the morning sun on the adjoining terrace, pure holiday feeling.

The relaxation area of this holiday home is located on the second level. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a fantastic view of the harbour. Fall asleep under the starry sky, a skylight not only provides a view of the starry sky, but also of the dreamlike cloud formations that are so characteristic of the north. The second bedroom has a single bed and a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm). Both bedrooms are also equipped with a flat-screen TV.

In the bathroom, an infrared cabin for two people, hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a large corner whirlpool tub with a view of the water ensure relaxing moments. A further shower room on the upper floor provides additional comfort.

Holidays are also guaranteed in the darker months of the year, as the holiday home is equipped with underfloor heating, a warming wood-burning stove and its own wellness area. The Telekom Home Entertainment programme provides entertainment in Nordic weather.

A private car park and bicycle shed are located directly in front of the apartment.

The But Meere holiday apartment is a maisonette on the first and second floor.

Our favourite place: Waking up rested with nature on holiday and watching the beautiful sunrise from the east-facing terrace.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to its great popularity. Nevertheless, the houses already meet a 5-star standard and guarantee you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
