This exclusive penthouse apartment is located on a narrow spit of land between the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz and the expanse of the Baltic Sea. It impresses with its direct waterfront location and breathtaking harbour view. The unusual layout of the apartment adds to its special charm. The white sandy beach of OstseeResort Olpenitz is just a few hundred metres away.

Two spacious bedrooms offer space for four people and are furnished with high-quality double box-spring beds. One of the bedrooms has its own shower room. The highlight is the spacious wellness bathroom with a generous, floor-level shower and free-standing Mauersberger whirlpool bath. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide an impressive view over the harbour.

The high-quality, 5 square metre Finnish solid wood sauna by Wille invites you to relax after a long walk on the beach.

An internal staircase leads to the light-flooded living area. You can relax to your heart's content on the spacious sofas in the living area in front of the fireplace and the view of the harbour is impressive at any time of day or year.

The open fireplace and underfloor heating ensure pleasant comfort throughout the apartment at any time of year.

From the living area, you can access the south-facing, approx. 40 square metre roof terrace. From there you can enjoy the outdoors, even if you don't want to leave the house. Sun loungers and balcony furniture are available on the roof terrace.

The kitchen and dining area is customised and equipped with high-quality built-in appliances. These include an induction hob and a Bora steam extractor integrated into the hob. The comfortable seating area and extensive equipment offer everything a cook's heart desires.

This holiday apartment is spread over two floors and is located on the second and third floor. It is barrier-free and both floors are easily accessible by lift.

There are two car parking spaces directly in front of the house.

Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
