If you are booking a holiday home for your holiday, then you should be aware that you may incur additional costs in addition to the rental price, namely the so-called "consumption costs" such as:

- Heating
- Gas
- Phone
- Internet
- Tourist tax

The indicated rental price is a final price including fixed obligatory additional costs. Unless otherwise stated, only consumption-related costs and costs of optional services are added. Consumption costs are exclusive unless stated otherwise.
Since all holiday accommodations are privately owned, the consumption costs and billing are arranged individually with the homeowner. The charges are usually based on the size and type of accommodation and the destination.
