Roses provides quick access to the excitemet of the towns spanning throughout the Costa Brava region, yet its smaller size makes for a more relaxed holiday then in the larger cities. The town's origin dates back to the 8th century BC, with the arrival of the Greeks. Over the years the town has modernized to provide good shopping, nightlife events, seaside activities, and cultural attractions for tourists. 

There are many sights you can visit in close proximity to our holiday homes in Roses. One of the most visited monuments in the town is La Ciudadela, a pentagonal military fortress. You can also visit the Trinidad Castle, built in the 16 century at the entrance to the Bay of Roses. The views are the best there, so we highly recommend you visit the castle during sunset.
