The cosy holiday apartment is located in a barn, which was converted in 2010, separately on the owner's large residential property in the Bansin Dorf district. The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 1.5 km away. The nearby Gothensee is a nature reserve with a wide reed belt and cannot be used for tourism. The apartment has a combined living/dining room (upholstered seating area incl. sofa bed, TV, radio, dining area), bedroom (double bed, cot can be added), kitchenette with electric cooker and microwave, shower/WC, central heating. There is a furnished terrace, barbecue, children's high chair, bicycle storage room, car park and children's playground.
