The two holiday rooms, this one with 1 x double room with integrated shower and DZV466 (2-room apartment with integrated shower) are located in the basement of the owner's house, approx. 1 km from the Baltic Sea beach. Separate access via a steep staircase. The WC (shared use) and a small room with various kitchen appliances (fridge, electric cooker etc.) are spatially separated from the holiday rooms and can be reached via the shared hallway. There is a furnished terrace with barbecue, storage facilities for bicycles and a car park. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and final cleaning. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, WLAN 5 EUR. Overall, the accommodation is a simple accommodation option for short stays. High standards of comfort are not met. Due to the shared use of toilet and cooking facilities, it is recommended to book both rooms in their entirety.
