It is equipped with a living room (sofa bed, flat screen TV, hi-fi, small dining area), open kitchenette (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, various kitchen appliances), bedroom via steep stairs (double bed 1.40 m wide, small balcony with seating), a bathroom (shower, toilet, towel warmer) and central heating. There is an outdoor seating area, barbecue area, sunbathing lawn, lockable storage room for bicycles and car park. Cot available for hire. Nearby is the harbour with boat hire and passenger boat trips to the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, the island of Hiddensee and crane watching, while the River Barthe, which flows into the Bodden on the outskirts of the town, offers good fishing opportunities. The well-developed network of cycle paths enables extensive cycle tours through the entire region.
