The courtyard of the villa has a beautiful 12x5.5m swimming pool equipped with massage jets and surrounded by 10 sun loungers. In the courtyard you can also find a large terrace with fitness area with training equipment. A summer kitchen with an outdoor dinner table is also at disposal perfect for a meal together with the family. One electric grill and 2 parking spaces are also available to our guests, while the entire yard is completely surrounded by a 2-metre wall providing privacy.
