Villa Kanedolo is situated in an idyllic location not far from the romantic town of Momjan. The villa is surrounded by romantic vineyards that are irresistibly reminiscent of Tuscany and invite you to fall in love with Istria. The house itself has been furnished in a mixture of traditional country style and modern style. The villa can accommodate up to 9 people and consists of 3 floors. The bright open-plan living/dining area with kitchen is located on the ground floor, as is the guest WC. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are distributed over the 2 upper floors. 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, are located on the first floor together with a separate bathroom. The other two bedrooms, which share a bathroom, are located on the second floor. From the terrace on the upper floor there is a wonderful view of the vineyards and the romantic surroundings. In front of the living room and kitchen is a covered terrace with a cosy lounge area, ideal for a morning coffee or watching sunsets with a glass of Istrian Malvazija. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue and covered dining area is located between the pool and the villa. Don't miss the local Istrian and Mediterranean specialities: truffles, olive oil, Istrian oxen bokarin, prosciutto and good Istrian wine. The first Istrian railway line, which passes Buje, has recently been converted into a cycle path and offers lovely rides through the beautiful countryside. The coastal town of Umag offers a wide range of leisure activities and tourist facilities as well as a small harbour. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in the charming cobbled streets of the town. Today Umag is best known for sport: The ATP Croatia Open is held here every July, with many big names from the men's tennis world. Close to the town is the award-winning Istralandia water park - ideal for a day of fun for the whole family.
