From the house and the property you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Versilia sea as far as the Ligurian coast and the Carrara marble quarries. Possibility of hiking in the surrounding area and fishing by the sea (10 km) or in a nearby sports lake (7 km). The furnishings are modern, marble floors. On the ground floor there is a small technical room reserved for the owner and storage use.
