Beautiful cottage with stunning views of Storebælt. The house is located only 150 meters from the coast. When the wind blows in the right direction, you can smell the sea and from the shore you can secure dinner.
The house is on 2 levels, on the first floor you will find a nice living and dining room with wood stove and access to a nice covered terrace, kitchen and bathroom with shower and 1 bedroom. From the living room you have access to the other floor via stairs, here you will find 2 good rooms, one of them with access to the roof terrace with unique views over the water.
There are swimming spots along the beach. Take a trip to Stillinge beach, where there is an almost southern atmosphere throughout the summer. The golf course and the active trading town of Slagelse are around the corner. Slagelse is home to many barracks. Every Wednesday you can therefore experience the soldiers passing through the town. Also worth a visit is Birkegårdens Haver - a 10,000 m² adventure garden with animals and playground. Here you can climb the treetops, play soccer or canoe on the moats. If you are a Viking, it is worth visiting Trelleborg Viking Castle of Hejninge, which is to be included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Admission is free, but not during the Viking Festival, which takes place every year in week 29.
Gerlev Play Park between Slagelse and Skælskør is a great place if you want to be active with the whole family. Here you can play old games that have been collected from all over Europe during the last 1000 years. Storebælt Bridge offers a quick connection to the rest of Denmark if you want to visit the castles of Funen, Legoland, Ribe Cathedral, Djurs Sommerland or the Kattegat Center.
