GLASS, AIR, LIGHT: Far away from the noise of the city and the hustle and bustle, there is a piece of earth where the sea kisses the green land. A true paradise for a family holiday.
This comfortable holiday home is just a few minutes' walk from the North Sea. Its special design makes it particularly bright and cosy. The huge, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows in the living area ensure that the house is so flooded with light that you will hardly notice that you are not outside. The large terrace is a wonderful place to switch off during barbecues or sunbathing. And the house also offers all the amenities you need in winter, with a whirlpool, sauna and wood-burning stove for relaxing hours and making you independent of the capricious weather.
Technology enthusiasts will be delighted with the "Alexa" voice assistant, which is available in the holiday home for listening to music etc.
The holiday homes are located next to the small centre of Friedrichskoog-Spitze directly behind the dyke, just a few metres from the Wadden Sea National Park. From the holiday home village you are also quickly in Friedrichskoog with its famous seal station, the large pirate playground and the indoor play park in the whale building.
There is a charging station for 2 electric cars on site in the large car park (for a fee). These cannot be charged directly at the houses.
For other house types see DSH601-641.
- Some of the photos may be examples of accommodation. The type of flooring and the colour of the furnishings and the house may vary. Whirlpools and saunas are identical in all houses of this type.
***As part of the dyke reinforcement, the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will be equipped with a new profile from mid-April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 in order to meet the challenges of climate change. During this construction period, the bathing beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will unfortunately not be available.
Alternatively, the bathing beaches in Elpersbüttel, Nordermeldorf and Büsum will be available free of charge. However, the popular mudflat walks in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will not be possible again until April 2025.
The spa gardens will also be remodelled and expanded to include additional attractions. These include an extended dyke crown path, spacious terraces with panoramic views and a dyke and park grandstand with seating steps to linger on. From mid-2024, the completed event and play area in the spa park will offer a varied alternative to the beach.
This will make Friedrichskoog even more attractive, even if this is associated with some temporary inconveniences such as increased background noise, possible construction dust and possible path restrictions.***
