The 54 sqm two-room holiday apartment for max. 4 people is located separately in the basement of the host's house on a 500 sqm plot within a quiet residential area only approx. 1.5 km from the Baltic Sea beach. A wooded area with numerous cycling and hiking trails is just a few metres away. The holiday apartment was extensively modernised in 2018. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed for 2 people, flat screen TV), a kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC. Outside there is also a small terrace. There is a public car park (free of charge) in front of the house.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels as well as water and energy consumption. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. The Ostseebad Graal-Müritz is subject to visitor's tax.
