The well-kept villa "Karen" in the south of Mallorca can be reached via a small gate and is surrounded by hedges and terraces. The beautiful, long natural beach of Sa Rápita can be easily reached by bike. This is a Fincallorca holiday home. Outside there is a lovely pool with a bench and plenty of space for sun loungers. Enjoy cosy barbecue evenings at the large dining area on the covered terrace by the house, which is easily accessible from the kitchen and living room. The upper floor has a balcony terrace overlooking the pool and an east-facing terrace for beautiful sunrises and distant sea views. Are you a larger group and need more bedrooms? Just ask us, we have other beautiful villas in the immediate neighbourhood! The cosy and comfortably furnished rooms are spread over two floors. The light-flooded living and dining room is open to the modern and fully equipped kitchen. Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the terrace through glass doors. The villa has a total of four double bedrooms. Two of them have their own bathroom en suite. The other bedrooms share another bathroom. Even in the cooler months, the villa offers a pleasant indoor climate thanks to radiators. By the way: you can easily hire bicycles on site for trips to the beach during your holiday. The villa is located in the well-kept coastal settlement of Sa Rápita in the south of Mallorca. The long sandy beach of Sa Rápita is 6 minutes away by car or 8 minutes by bike and Es Trenc is 10 km away. The coastal town has small supermarkets and restaurants. Further shopping facilities can be found in Campos, 13 km away.
