The approx. 100 m², centrally heated, non-smoking holiday home has a living room on the ground floor (upholstered suite, flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio/CD player), a spacious kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (each with double bed, 1 x cot), a hallway, a large, furnished hallway and a bathroom (shower, WC). On the upper floor there is a third bedroom (2 single beds, 1 children's bed), which is ONLY AVAILABLE FROM 5 PERSONS. There is also a furnished terrace (smoking permitted), ample parking, a barbecue and 2 high chairs. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price.
