The approx. 68 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking apartment is equipped with a living room (couch, flat-screen smart TV, view of the lake, games, DVDs, books), a separate kitchen (electric cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (each with TV, 1 x double bed, 1 single bed 1.20 wide), a modern bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a hallway.
