The beautiful Villa Roinjola in the small Istrian village of Nova Vas impresses with its minimalist simplicity and isolated location, offering you peace and privacy. The contemporary architectural style includes large glass walls in every room of the villa, which provide airiness and brightness in the interior. The maximum accommodation capacity of the villa is 8 people. Of the total of 4 bedrooms, two have a double bed and the remaining two have two single beds each, which can also be put together to form double beds. 2 more people can stay in the villa: two children up to the age of 7 can use an extra bed. On the upper floor of the villa there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and on the ground floor of the villa there are two further bedrooms, also with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living room, a modern kitchen and an open-plan dining room. There is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a food dispenser and a baby cot. On the large terrace and in the inner courtyard of the villa, which is surrounded by greenery, there is a large pool measuring 40 m2 and 1.5 metres deep. There are 10 sun loungers around the pool where you can spend pleasant summer moments in the company of your loved ones. There is also an outdoor kamado grill and an outdoor dining table. For the little ones, there is a children's playground with a toboggan run, table tennis, darts or badminton, which will round off your holiday with interesting activities. There are 4 parking spaces available in the fully fenced courtyard of the villa. In Novigrad, a beautiful town on the Istrian coast, a little further from the villa is the nearest beach called Maestral, where you can enjoy water sports such as diving, swimming and sailing. Istria is especially known for its excellent oeno-gastronomic offer. Don't miss out on trying some of the top specialities such as fresh fish, various types of pasta, Istrian bokarin meat, olive oil or local wines such as Malvasia, Teran and Cabernet Sauvignon. Another special Istrian gourmet speciality is the truffle, an underground wild tuber that grows along the roots of trees. Although it is particularly bitter in flavour, this underground jewel is a very expensive gourmet delicacy that grows mainly in Italy and France, but can also be found in Istria. You can see and experience all this on truffle hunting tours organised throughout Istria in the autumn months. Various entertainment and cultural events are organised in Istria during the summer months. In the neighbouring Brtonigla, a picturesque place on a hill surrounded by vineyards, you can take part in various gastro festivals such as the Chocolate and Wine Festival, Mushroom Days or the ethno event In the Colours of Tradition ". If you still prefer to explore cultural and historical monuments and interesting streets, you will find many historical towns on the Istrian coast, such as nearby Umag or Pore, whose streets hide various ancient monuments. In Pore, for example, a town with more than 2000 years of history, there is a monumental early Christian Euphrasian basilica from the 6th century. Due to its exceptional architectural and stylistic features, it has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Enjoy all the benefits of beautiful and magical Istria and relax in the enchanting luxury of Villa Roinjola! Pool heating is available for an additional fee payable locally.
