Both bedrooms have two single sleeper chairs, which can be converted into comfortable beds if required. Each of the bedrooms have their own bathroom with a shower enclosure, toilet, bathtub, double sink, satellite TV, air conditioning, walk-in wardrobes and private balconies with inviting seating and beautiful views of nature and in the distance even with sea views.
The villa is idyllically situated on a 700sqm large, secluded land surrounded by gorgeous greenery. The courtyard of the villa features a 32m2 large pool with sun loungers, a lovely terrace with a comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxation.
The offer of the villa includes a children's travel cot as well as a clothes horse, ironing board and iron. As a special entertainment Villa Lea & Tea offers a separate, approximately 50m2 large, air-conditioned house with a table tennis, large satellite TV, PlayStation 4, dart board, football table and comfortable lounge furniture. Private parking is located directly on the property at the entrance.
