The holiday home stands separately on the owner's 900 square metre residential property in a central location. A restaurant, bakery and bathing facilities on the Bodden are all within a radius of 500 metres. It extends over two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio, CD/DVD), open-plan kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge, dining table, various kitchen appliances) and shower/WC. Upstairs there is a bedroom (2 single beds put together) and a guest WC. There is a terrace and a large balcony with seating furniture, sun loungers, bicycle storage and a car parking space. The total price includes water, energy and final cleaning. Bed linen and towels must be brought or can be rented on site. For the greatest possible holiday relaxation, yoga classes are offered in the neighbouring house. To be paid on site: Spa tax, bed linen and towels (if required). Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
