This newly built villa is surrounded by nature and is located near the bay of Duga Uvala, not far from the beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea.
On the first floor there is a bright and open living and dining area with access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the view of the greenery of the beautiful Mediterranean garden. A bathroom completes the first floor. Stairs lead you to the second floor, where you will find the second bathroom and three bedrooms. Up to six people can relax there. Cool off on summer days in the private pool with a separate basin that has a massage function. You can relax on sun loungers in the natural shade of the olive trees. Children will certainly enjoy the large swing, but adults will also love the Hollywood swing on the terrace. Can you imagine enjoying your vacation there with a book and a nice drink? the villa is located in the village of Pavicini, just outside Duga Uvala. This is a sheltered bay on the east coast of Istria between the larger towns of Labin and Pula.
This area of Istria is generally very underdeveloped and offers a long stretch of unspoiled coastline. Inland you will find beautiful rural villages. Local roads and dirt tracks lead down to the coast and the many bays at the peaceful Rasa estuary and the bay of Duga Uvala. In Duga Uvala bay itself there is a hotel, beach cafes and a pizzeria. The hotel complex has a wellness center, massage, aromatherapy and a fitness center. There are sports facilities available as well as nightclubs and discos. The main town of the region is Pula, but there are stores and restaurants in several villages and small towns in this region.
