A supermarket, the charming old town with restaurants, cafés and other shopping facilities are within walking distance, the Große Wünnow, a tributary of the Müritz and the Müritz cycle path are only a few minutes' walk away, a beautiful bathing area on the Müritz is just under 3.5 km away.
The approx. 58 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking apartment has a combined living/bedroom (sitting area, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, double bed), a bedroom (a small single bed, length 1.90 m, desk), a kitchen (electric hotplates, fridge with freezer, microwave, dining table, various small kitchen appliances), a hallway and a spacious bathroom (shower, WC, two washbasins, corner bathtub, hairdryer) as well as a large, furnished balcony. (Access from the living room and kitchen, smoking is permitted here). The stairs to the apartment lead through the owner's entrance area.
