Reetzow is a village in the scenic surroundings of the so-called Thurbruch, one of the largest lowland moor areas in eastern Germany. Surrounded by Lake Gothensee and Lake Kachlin and criss-crossed by numerous rivers and drainage ditches, the area is ideal for hiking, cycling and fishing. Due to its proximity to the Baltic seaside resort of Bansin (approx. 4 km) with a very good tourist infrastructure, Reetzow offers its guests a good mixture of rural idyll and lively tourism.
