The approx. 75 square metre semi-detached house for max. 2 persons is located on a 2000 square metre plot (for exclusive use). The former farmhouse from the 19th century was extensively renovated in 2021 and furnished to a high standard. There is a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, tiled stove), a large kitchen-cum-living room (dining table, TV, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine. The accommodation is heated by central heating. There is a covered and furnished terrace, barbecue facilities, bicycle storage room, car park and WLAN. Two bicycles can be rented on site (5 EUR/bike and day). The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption.
