From the 50 square meter south-facing terrace, with plenty of space for barbecuing, you have a magnificent view of the undulating dune landscape. The large bedrooms and two bathrooms make it ideal for a joint vacation of two families. The house is also well suited for anglers due to the fish take-out area, the generous space for fishing equipment and the large freezer capacity. The parking lot is right by the house. From here it is not far to a good area for windsurfing. In the summer months it is only about 500 meters to the grocery store for daily needs. Fishing from the beach or on a cutter trip possible.
