Directly on the Großer Zechliner See, one of the cleanest lakes in the country, just outside the town, you will find a cosy holiday home for up to 5 people on a separate lakeside plot of approx. 1,200 square metres with a private jetty. A fenced, statutory footpath runs across the property, which leads you to a beautiful beach and a restaurant after about 400 square metres. Shopping facilities are available in Kagar, approx. 2 km away. The approx. 65 square metre, centrally heated house with partial lake view has a large entrance hall with seating, a living room (upholstered furniture, sofa bed & extra bed, flat screen TV, radio), a dining room (dining table, fireplace), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x double bed and access to the veranda, 1 x 2 single beds), a bathroom (shower, WC) and a furnished veranda with a view of the lake. The spacious property also has sun loungers, seating, a swing, a barbecue, a bicycle storage room and a car park. A rowing boat (also with electric motor) and bicycles can be hired by arrangement for a fee. Final cleaning, electricity, gas and water costs are included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for a fee. To be paid on site: Visitor's tax, laundry package, firewood (on request) 5 EUR/basket. By arrangement: bicycle 10 EUR/day, rowing boat 25 EUR/day, with electric motor 35 EUR/day.
