Situated directly on Lake Zootzensee - with its own lake access - outside the village, there are 4 holiday homes of different sizes for a total of up to 15 people on the owner's approx. 3,000 m² residential and recreational property. The entire complex is designed to be ecologically/biologically sustainable and has its own biological sewage treatment plant, its own solar power supply and its own well. (Water is suitable for baby food.) There is a restaurant in Zechlinerhütte (approx. 1.5 km), shopping facilities and other catering establishments in Rheinsberg (approx. 7 km).
The spacious property with various seating and sunbathing areas extends to the lake, where all guests have their own jetty, rowing and canoeing boats for hire (for a fee) and fishing opportunities (fishing licence available in Zechliner Hütte). Sufficient parking spaces, bicycle storage and storage areas, barbecue, sun loungers and W-LAN are also available. A large covered communal seating area can be used by all guests to celebrate, chat, barbecue or play table tennis.
The approx. 30 square metre non-smoking wooden house for 2 persons has a combined living room/bedroom (double bed, small sitting area, flat-screen TV, radio/CD), a kitchen area (electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), bathroom with shower/WC, additional electric radiators, a small anteroom which can also be used as a veranda, as well as a covered terrace, insect screens on the windows are available.
The total price includes final cleaning, water and normal energy consumption. When using the electric radiators, electricity is charged according to consumption. Please bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them for a fee. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, if desired: rowing boat 15 EUR/day, canoe 25/EUR.
