The country house "Son Garrot de Santanyí" is located in the rural idyll of the southern part of Mallorca. It is surrounded by well-kept grounds. With its beautiful natural stone façade, it blends harmoniously into the landscape. It is a Fincallorca holiday home. The well-kept terrace around the house offers pleasant shade under a lovingly planted arbour. There is a barbecue and a separate sunbathing area. You can look forward to starry summer nights here. You also have a good chance of seeing shooting stars here! The interior of the holiday home is a successful mix of traditional elements and modern, open architecture. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room open to the upper living area with a modern fireplace and elegant antique furniture. The living room includes an open-plan dining area. Just behind it, you will find a beautiful kitchen designed in a modern country house style. Furthermore, the ground floor houses an air-conditioned double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom is also accessible from the main living area. The staircase leads to another open-plan living area with a further double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. An extra bed for children or teenagers travelling with you is available on request. The country house is nestled in a large, rural estate in the south-east of Mallorca. The beautiful village centre of Santanyí is 3 km away. The beautiful bay of Cala Mondragó and the romantic fishing village of Cala Figuera are just a 10-minute drive from your holiday home.
