It is a spectacular property, perched on its own little hill, surrounded by a huge park-like garden and a lush, rich tree population. There are cypresses, olive trees and baobabs everywhere. They exude a perfect Mediterranean flair and are surrounded by very well-tended lawns. These are terraced in places and divide the garden into several levels. This creates places of retreat. It creates freedom. And the incredible views all around are a real feast for the eyes. It is the perfect place to relax, as absolute tranquillity prevails here. The centrepiece of the large garden is a 12 x 5 m (solar-heated) pool. It is located approx. 30 metres from the house and can be reached via a small garden path. At one end of the pool is a small pool house, the walls of which are made of the same natural stone façade as the huge main house. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace with built-in stone benches, high-quality sun loungers and parasols. There are further terraces next to the house and opposite the garden. Some areas next to the house are covered and provide welcome shade in summer. But there are also plenty of quiet spots and places to relax in the natural, semi-shaded areas of the garden. This property is perfect for a larger group of travellers and still offers maximum privacy. Those swimming in the pool won't disturb those lazing on the terrace or those strolling in the garden.
