Beautiful modern Villa Kalpesi is located in the centre of Dalmatia, in Kastel Stafilic. Accommodation capacity for a maximum of eight people, the villa is equipped with four air-conditioned rooms with double beds and a unique sea view. All rooms have a private bathroom and are located on the upper floor of the villa. On the terrace on the upper floor there is a beautiful jacuzzi for six people. A washing machine and iron & board are also available.
The ground floor of the villa consist of a kitchen and dining room, and a living room. On the ground floor there is also a spa room with an additional bathroom and a jacuzzi for 2 people. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare the most delicious dishes and enjoy them together with your family and friends. The spacious and bright living room is equipped with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and decorative fireplace, and offers additional amenities such as HI-FI, digital television, Wi-Fi and the like.
The living room opens onto a large terrace and a yard with a beautiful pool of 60 m2. Around the pool you have at your disposal eight deck chairs, and for a relaxed summer afternoon in the company of loved ones there is an outdoor barbecue. Inside the yard there are six parking spaces. The villa is completely fenced.

After the family banned their wedding, the lovers secretly met, and the tragic end of the love was sealed by the bloody murder of Miljenko committed by Dobrila's father, after which Dobrila lost her mind. Together they were buried in the church of St. Ivan in Rušinec, and above their grave there is an inscription in stone "Peace to the lovers".
