The two holiday apartments are located separately in a holiday home on a 1500 sqm property in the Paske district, just a few steps from the harbour on Lake Usedom. The centre of Usedom (town) is therefore only about 500 m away on foot. The house was extensively renovated from 2018 to 2019 and the apartments were furnished to a high standard. The property is completely fenced.
Each apartment has a furnished terrace or outdoor seating area, sun loungers, barbecue and car park. Internet (W-Lan) is also available.
The 90 square metre holiday apartment for max. 6 people is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large and fully equipped kitchen (large dining table, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. On the upper floor there is a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV, relaxing armchair and holiday library), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and another bathroom with shower/WC.
The total price includes the final cleaning as well as water and energy consumption, bed linen and towels are to be brought along.

Paske is a small and quiet district of the town of Usedom directly on Lake Usedom in the south of the island. In 2019, the construction of a harbour was completed, which connects Paske directly to the centre of Usedom. This means that shops and restaurants are just a few hundred metres away (on foot). The surroundings of the southern part of the island are generally still unspoilt, quiet and rural. The lively imperial spas (Heringsdorf, Bansin, Ahlbeck) are around 20 km away.
