Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, two have 2 single beds each and the third has 1 double bed. The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor and has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, an office and a private terrace with a view.
The house also has a separate dining room, a lounge with a pool table and a minibar. and it also has another room with a TV and an X-BOX console (ideal for the little ones to retire during the hottest hours).
Outside there is a large plot with a fenced pool (12x4 metres). Also a table tennis table. The villa has numerous shaded areas to relax and unwind with Balinese beds, chill-outs and sunbeds, as well as a barbecue with outdoor dining area and an alarm.
On the ground floor, the house has a terrace area with a veranda full of beautiful pots that gives access to a 5th bathroom with shower with washing machine, ironing area and towels for the pool.
