Beautiful Villa Rustica is built in the picturesque town of Višnjan in the western part of Istria. The villa itself has 200m2 and can optimally accommodate 10 guests who have at their disposal the whole house with a garden of 1000 m2.
Upstairs there are 3 charmingly decorated rooms with double beds and two modern bathrooms and a toilet. On the ground floor there is another bathroom and toilet as well as two bedrooms, each with a double bed, from which you can exit into the garden. All bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. The rest of the ground floor is designed on an open plan principle - the lavishly decorated living room with a fireplace connects with a nice dining room and a fully equipped kitchen from where you can step out onto the covered porch and the beautiful garden with pool. On the porch you can enjoy delicious Istrian specialties cooked on the charcoal grill, and a 30 m2 swimming pool will give you a real refreshment on hot days. You can also sunbathe on one of the 10 sun loungers by the pool or play table tennis. The villa is fully fenced to a height of 3 metres with a fence, hedge and trees.
