The holiday apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Tiefwarensee lake and can accommodate two people. It is located in a residential building on a 900 square metre property and has a separate entrance. The holiday apartment has a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed, a radio, a small seating area (2 armchairs) and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent is a small walk-in wardrobe. The apartment also has a modern kitchen with kitchenette and electrical appliances (fridge with freezer section, electric hob, oven, dishwasher) and a dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a WC and a walk-in shower. The apartment is heated by electric heating and is fully tiled on the floor. It is therefore suitable for allergy sufferers. There is also a car parking space, storage space for bicycles and a furnished seating area in the garden. The property is a non-smoking flat and pets are not permitted.
