The approximately 65 square metre holiday home (1 half of the house) offers space for up to 4 people (including 1 infant up to a maximum of 2 years) and is located on the owner's fully fenced property of approximately 1300 square metres in a quiet location on the outskirts of Waren (Müritz). A restaurant and a swimming area on the Tiefwarensee lake are around 500 metres away. The nearest shopping facilities are around 2 km away.The holiday home was newly built in 2013 and has a separate entrance. It extends over two floors and is equipped on the lower level with a living room with upholstered furniture and 1 armchair, flat screen TV, radio and DVD player and access to the terrace as well as a separate kitchen with electric hob with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, various small kitchen appliances and a seating area as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. One room with a double bed and one room with 2 single beds. The house is equipped with central heating and insect screens in front of the bedroom windows. Also available: furnished terrace with barbecue, bicycle storage, 2 parking spaces. Smoking is only permitted outside. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption.
