The 70 square metre holiday home for 2 people is located on a 400 square metre, separate and fully fenced recreational plot on the edge of the village. The property offers an unobstructed view of the rural surroundings of the Lieper Winkel peninsula. The holiday home extends over two living levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-cum-living room (wood-burning stove, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio, electric cooker with oven, microwave, various kitchen appliances), 1 bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine (3 EUR/wash). On the upper floor (access via steep room-saving staircase) there is a further living/sleeping area. Outside there is a furnished terrace, barbecue, beach chair and car park. Internet (W-LAN) is available. In addition, 4 bicycles can be used free of charge and a rowing boat can be hired by arrangement. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption.
