It is equipped with a combined living room and bedroom with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, radio, double bed and an open-plan kitchen area with electric hob (2 hotplates), fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and grill. There is also a bathroom with WC and shower. The holiday home has tiled flooring and central heating (via underfloor heating) and is also available for use: WLAN, furnished terrace with barbecue, bicycle storage and car park. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. The total price includes: Water and energy consumption. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. To be paid on site: Laundry package (if applicable).
