You will find on the 1st floor two bedrooms, a floor-level shower room and a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, dining area and high-quality sofa bed. On the ground floor you have another floor-level shower room as well as two separate bedrooms and the spacious living area with integrated kitchen and dining area. You have a barbecue terrace and sufficient lawn as a play area in addition to your balcony overlooking the water below in front of the house. There are two parking spaces next to the house.
To the beach it is about 1600 m, about 15 km to the fine sandy beaches of Poel or Rerik. About 17 km away, the world cultural city of Wismar manages the balancing act between antiquity and modernity in the most outstanding way.
