The port city of Denia sits right on the northern end of the Costa Blanca – Valencia’s famous coastline of white beaches and resort towns. The city itself has a vibrant mix of marvellous beaches, interesting cultural attractions and historical sites. As one of the most attractive settlements in the area, Denia is both a great destination to rent villas in Spain, and a fun place to visit for day-trips. With NOVASOL, you can even bring your pet along to many of our Spanish holiday homes, which are available to rent all-year-round.
One of the major attractions of Denia, and the Costa Blanca in general, are the fantastic beaches which can be found almost everywhere along the coast. Denia has almost 15km of coastline to explore from Spanish villas, with a mixture of soft sand and rocky bays for every preference. At the major beaches you can expect to find a variety of water sports such as jet skiing, wind surfing and many more. If you like to eat fish on self-catering holidays, Denia’s beachside restaurants and cafés are some of the best places to find the freshest seafood you can imagine. Sizzling prawns and fried octopus, accompanied with a cold glass of white wine, make the perfect lunchtime treat.
The major attraction of Denia is its castle which draws visitors from villas in Valencia and beyond. Built in the 11th century, the castle originally had an Islamic design, but has undergone additions and changes through the centuries. The site has now been declared a “Monument of Cultural Interest" by Spain’s government and holds many cultural events and festivities for the region. At the foot of the castle can be found Denia’s historic centre which is home to a mixture of authentic houses and modern streets. This is a fabulous place for a wander from Spanish villas, and has plenty of cafés for refreshment.
Our villas in Spain are never very far from enchanting natural environments. Overlooking Denia is Mount Montgó which stands at 800 metres high. The mountain is at the centre of a nature park which is home to hundreds of wild animals such as falcons, and many local varieties of flora. On the other side of the nature park is the resort town of Javea, where NOVASOL also has a number of Spanish villas. This town has two Blue Flag beaches and is flanked by the recognisable Cabo de Nao San Martin Rock which sticks out into the sea.
With villas in Spain, Italy, Croatia, and across Europe, NOVASOL has plenty to offer when it comes to self-catering accommodation. Our Costa Blanca villas are especially popular, providing relaxation and flexibility to holidaymakers throughout the year. Discover this easy-going region of Spain on family holidays, choosing from our portfolio of Spanish apartments, fincas and villas to find the holiday home that is perfect for you. Our guests can also rely on the support of our customer service team who have been keeping our guests happy for over 50 years.
